(Glutten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free and "Virtually" Corn Free)
I came up with this recipe because I wanted to eat some corn dogs. Although, I was able to find them gluten free at the store, they all contained cornmeal and soybean oil… a big no-no for me!

Ingredients:
5 Tbsp Cornstarch
1 tsp xanthan gum
½ Tbsp baking powder
1 Tbsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
Adobo Goya to taste (or food seasoning of your preference)
¾ cup rice flour
1 ¼ cups water
6-8 Hot dogs
6-8 skewers
Oil for deep frying

Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients to make a thick batter
- Insert skewer in hot dogs
- Roll hot dogs in batter and completely cover

- Deep fry

6-8 skewers
Oil for deep frying
