Quick and Easy Corn Bread
(Gluten Fee-Dairy Free)

Ingredients:

1 Cup cornmeal
1 Cup rice Flour
1/2 Teaspoon xanthan gum
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup almond milk

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 F.
Combine all ingredients and mix well with a wooden spoon.
Pour mixture in 8X8 baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes and enjoy!
