We are very excited to be adding a new chapter for our growing community of followers. Starting this week we will posting SuperRecipes. These recipes that will hopefully give you a sense of overall well being, with just the right amount of nutritious balance, and delicious flavor. We are focused on empowering moms, and now with this added chapter in our site, hopefully provide a means to see that eating a little healthier it's not as hard as it looks, after all it is said that "your health is dependent on what you eat". Check out our recipes week after week!

(Gluten Free, Egg Free, Dairy Free)
1 banana
1⁄2 cup Coconut milk (or to desired batter consistency)
2 Tbsp sugar (I use unrefined granulated cane sugar) 1 tsp baking powder
1Tbsp cornstarch
4 Tbsp full rice flour

1 tsp xantham gum
About 8 almonds (optional)
Blender instructions: Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until well mixed.
Whisk instructions: Mash bananas well. Stir in coconut milk.
In separate bowl, combine sugar, baking powder, cornstarch, flour and xantham gum. Mix well and add to banana mixture. Add more milk to get desired consistency , if needed.
Optional, grind the almonds and add to the mixture. Its just a fun way to spice up your pancakes!
