This is a very easy to make recipe that is both delicious and nutritious. I mainly follow the recipe on the box but instead of water, I like to use chicken broth.
Ingredients: 1 cup quinoa 2 cups chicken broth |
Directions: Place quinoa and broth in a 2 quart saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer, cover and cook until all the broth is absorbed (about 10-15 minutes). |
