1. Trim and file your nails often.
2. Moisturize your hands and nails at least 2 times per day, massaging your nails and cuticles with a fragrance free lotion if possible. 
3. Put on a coat of Nail Strengthener, this products work because they are full of Keratin Protein which is what the nail is composed of.
4.Always wear rubber gloves when cleaning specially if you are using harsh chemicals.
5. Make sure your meals are loaded with protein based foods, such as eggs, peanuts, meat, chicken, green peas; And of course liquids that will helps you keep your nails hydrated and make your nails less likely to look dry and be an easy target to brake. 
6. Wash your hands often, this will help get rid of bacteria that builds up under the nail, specially after eating.
