Ingredients:
1 carrot
2 potatoes medium
1 Garlic clove
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste
Preparation:
Boil carrots and potatoes until soft. Let it cool down a little and put it in blender with all the other remaining ingredients. Blend until you have a mayonnaise texture. Let the mayo completely cool in the fridge before serving.1 carrot
