Serving Suggestion: Serve with eggs, chips and sour cream |
Cut ripe plantains in two to three sections. Cut off the ends. |
First, peel plantains by cutting along side with a knife. |
Then grab side and peel back. |
Cut into thin slices |
Heat oil in a frying pan at medium high heat. Fry until golden brown. |
Place on paper towel to absorb oil. Serve them hot! |
